Dr. Vakili and Dr. Lam are fantastic! Staff are super welcoming and nice. My son’s 1st visit was great with gentle assistants. The office is modern and fun, with a great play area. Dr. Vakili explained everything clearly and made my husband and I feel like we’re doing the right thing. Great office. We loved it.

Been coming here ever since i can remember. Absolutely amazing office and people, very kid friendly with free toys and a kids room and movies playing while you getting your teeth cleaned. Highly recommend for those looking for a new dentist for themselves or for their kids!

What a beautiful well designed office. I have been taking my kids here for years and seen the 1st office they originated in and the new office they are in now. Dr.Vakili definitely has a sense of making the office feel very welcoming and warm especially with their robot dog Luna who my kids love to interact with and make them feel less anxious about their dental visit. My kids have seen both Doctors and they are great. They are very compassionate, patient and calm which I feel makes the kids less anxious. They are very conservative in treatment planning and not aggressive, they recommend only what is highly needed which I love. I like the thought of taking x-rays every year to check on my children for cavities, it’s happen to my kids where it came up within a year. Even though we brush and floss regularly unfortunately all kids snack and we learned some things to help from the doctors that we can do to help stop the cavities from growing. The assistants are all great, approachable, friendly, patient and kind. They help remind my kids on the areas they need to work on brushing and provide the care they need during their visit. All around I would highly recommend their office. You can easily schedule and reschedule online and speak with someone through text message and their response time is quick. The front desk is very helpful and responsive. Thank you Pediatric Dentistry for taking care of my kids.

This office has one of the friendliest people I've ever met. Dr. Vakili and Dr. Lam are always on top of their work and never forget to check up on a patient. Them and their manager, Jennirose, who sometimes works on me, have never ceased to put a smile on my face, both through their work and through conversations. I just graduated to an adult dentist and I'm really going to miss Dr. Vakili and Dr. Lam.

I strongly advise parents to be cautious and avoid taking their children to Dr. Laleh Vakili. My experience was troubling and raises my concerns about both her professional judgment and ethical standards. Four independent pediatric dentists all reviewed the same X-ray and unanimously agreed that my son’s cavity was minor, far from the nerve, and required only a simple, painless filling—no local anesthesia, no baby root canal. In stark contrast, Dr. Vakili claimed the cavity was large and dangerously close to the nerve, insisting on a baby root canal under local anesthesia. When I questioned her diagnosis, she backtracked and admitted she wasn’t sure how close it was but still wanted to “prepare” for the worst—and charge for the worst. This kind of vague reasoning feels more like a tactic to justify unnecessary procedures than a sound medical judgment. She also demanded additional X-rays even though none of the other dentists found them necessary. It felt more like an attempt to inflate the bill than to truly understand the situation. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and went with another dentist who treated the cavity quickly and painlessly. I’m relieved I didn’t let Dr. Vakili’s polished office or online reviews mislead me. Seek a second opinion and protect your child from unnecessary procedures and questionable practices. UPDATE: In response to the doctor’s following reply, I want to clarify a few critical points： Four other pediatric dentists reviewed the SAME X-ray and clearly stated that my child only needed a simple filling not root canal. None of them had issues reading the image or requested additional X-rays. If Dr. Vakili found the image unclear, that only raises more concerns about her diagnostic skills. Even more troubling is that a treatment recommendation—something as serious as a baby root canal—was made by her based on an image that she herself considered “non-diagnostic.” That simply doesn’t make sense. In my view, her reply avoids the core issue and shifts the blame to the image quality, rather than addressing the questionable treatment plan. I urge other parents to always get a second opinion and judge for themselves.

We had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Vakili’s! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by their friendly and welcoming staff. Their new office is beautiful, modern, and so kid-friendly, my daughter absolutely loved the fun playroom and even asked when she could come back! The entire team was kind, patient, and gentle, which made my daughter feel completely at ease. I love that they have children’s movies playing on the ceiling. Dr. Vakili and her assistant were so professional and they took the time to explain everything, making sure my daughter felt comfortable. You can really tell they care about their little patients and go above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. I’m so grateful we found this practice!

They are providing very nice warm and professional environment for kids. The issue is that they are forcing families to do X-ray every year and forcing the kids to do filling even though the parents decide not to do filling! So we have to opt out.

I’ve been taking my child to this clinic since he was two years old. He really loved going there! During pandemic we went to another near by clinic as it was more convenient but had a terrible experience making him scared of dentist. Took him back to Dr. Vakili clinic….I was amazed how patient and calming the dental hygienist was during cleaning. Truly appreciate Dr Vakili and her staff for the great service they provided!

Absolutely the best child and youth dentist, wish I had such care and attention to details as my kids get at this office, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable team. Always ready with a cute goodie bag( though my kids I suspect overgrew this phase). Dr Vakilli and her team have been my children dentist for years. Probably the last 15 y. We are very thankful for her professional and attentive care and good advice and for the friendly team
